I was looking forward to a trip from Krabi to Koh Lipe and spend a few days on the island. I was looking at the prices online and by chance I found out about this agency and decided to book directly through them. I started making the reservation from Spain through Wassapt. At first I had my doubts but I can say that everything was great from the pick-up at the hotel, the 4-hour van ride and the speedboat ride from Pakbara to Ko lipe, very professional and attentive staff. I recommend them

Ao Nang to Koh Lanta This is definitely budget travelling, it’s inexpensive and gets you from A to B but isn’t the most enjoyable. We got picked up from our acom with no problems, after picking up other passengers we got dropped off at Krabi bus terminal where we waited for 10 mins and were ushered into another mini van. We were all crammed in like sardines and as it turns out with sardines. The driver was making delivery stops along the way and picked up a parcel with fish in it which made the whole van smell of seafood. There was not much room for our luggage which made the van feel very claustrophobic as there was no space to put your legs. I’d book this again if I was on a super tight budget but it was not the most comfortable journey.

Fine logistics but challenging communication. I booked a trip from Ao Nang to Langkawi. The woman in charge was very friendly but she barely spoke or understood English. She never sent me an itinerary for my trip, and it was very difficult to get responses and find out details, such as my pickup time or the location of my hotel (where I had an overnight stay). She also never mentioned that I would have to switch vans along the way, so that came as a surprise. The logistics were fine in the end, but I would recommend that this agency hire someone who actually speaks English.
